These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of this website by any visitor. By browsing the website, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website presents senior part-time and project-based support offered by Ventures NG through Natalia Gaydukova for corporate development, M&A, integration, strategy, transformation and finance priorities, including AI-Enabled M&A Deal Execution. Information on the website is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Each mission is subject to a separate written proposal or engagement agreement.

No prices or day rates are published on this website. Any engagement is subject to Ventures NG’s review of the enquiry and a separate written proposal or engagement agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, schedule and conditions. Part-time or project missions may include a diagnostic, a prioritised roadmap and ongoing support, or assessment, controlled pilots and an adoption roadmap for AI-Enabled M&A Deal Execution. Ventures NG may decline an enquiry.

A mission usually starts with a short paid diagnostic and a written scope. Where appropriate, this is followed by a prioritised roadmap and a monthly support package. The format, fees and any subsequent phases are agreed in writing. No automatic credit or deduction is offered unless expressly included in that agreement.

Services are intended for business clients acting for professional purposes.

Ventures NG provides independent advisory services. Third-party platforms are selected according to the client’s approved environment, confidentiality requirements and agreed scope. Reference to a platform or former employer does not imply employment, partnership or endorsement. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The structure, texts, visuals, logos and other content of this website are the property of Ventures NG or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks, names and content, including those of former employers, technology providers and linked websites, remain the property of their respective owners.

When submitting the enquiry form, you agree to provide accurate information and not to include confidential or sensitive information. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to send unsolicited or automated submissions, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

The chat assistant provides automated information about Natalia’s services, not financial, legal or investment advice. Do not share confidential deal documents, client names or sensitive personal information. Its answers may contain errors and do not constitute an engagement agreement. Human judgement and sign-off remain essential.

Ventures NG, as data controller, processes the name, organisation, role, email address and answers voluntarily submitted through the contact form to review and respond to enquiries and prepare a possible engagement. Only name and email are mandatory. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and Ventures NG’s legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Data is kept for no longer than necessary, and at most three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. It is not sold and is shared only with technical service providers needed to operate the website and send emails.

The chat assistant processes the questions and conversation content you choose to send to provide automated information about Natalia’s services. Chat content is sent to the AI service used by the website. Chat history is held in the current page session; this website does not save it as an enquiry. Relevant technical providers process data as needed to operate these services, subject to their applicable retention terms; no zero-retention or no-training guarantee is made for the public chat.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Visitor analytics are anonymous and cookie-free, using a session identifier held in sessionStorage. IP addresses are not read or stored by the website’s visitor tracking. No advertising cookies are used. Necessary technologies may be used for operation, security and administrator sign-in. External services have their own privacy and cookie policies.

Ventures NG takes reasonable care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free from error, nor that the website will be available without interruption. Ventures NG cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from use of the website or from reliance on its content.

The website contains links to third-party websites, including professional profiles, booking services and technology providers. Ventures NG does not control those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices. These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, and to the extent permitted by law, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
